Elastic band down indicator. NO VELCRO. We make our down indicator with wider elastic for the wrist and a narrow elastic loop to extend over your finger to indicate downs. Keep track of downs by placing the band that extends from wrist over 1 of 4 fingers.
You can use a 2nd one on your other wrist as a hash mark location indicator or as a wrist whistle lanyard (typically for soccer officials).
